Fault:
The diaphragm valve has internal leakage, the locking pin is broken, and the valve body sealing beam is damaged.
Reason:
The installation of the diaphragm locking pin is not in place, resulting in the locking pin falling off and rolling around to damage the diaphragm.
Solution measures:
Replace the diaphragm and tighten it according to the method and torque requirements specified in the manual.
